Cameras/Photography
- Small, non-professional cameras may be brought into Legacy Stadium and Rhodes Stadium. The camera policy is subject to change depending upon the event’s camera policy.
- Tripods, monopods and other camera supporting devices must be contained to the seating area and will not be allowed in any aisles or walking spaces.
- Binoculars are allowed.
Clear Bag Regulation
To ensure visitor safety, along with quick and efficient entry into our event venues, Katy ISD has instituted a Clear Bag Regulation. This will limit the size and type of bag allowed at sporting events, performances and graduations held at Rhodes and Legacy stadiums, as well as the Leonard Merrell Center (LMC), and the Katy ISD Livestock Show and Rodeo at the Agricultural Sciences Center.
While Katy ISD encourages visitors not to bring bags if possible, the following types of bags are permissible:

Clear, plastic, vinyl or PVC bags

Clear, plastic, one-gallon, re-sealable, Ziploc-style bags

Clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (4 ½” X 6 ½”)

Medically necessary items
Visitors who bring bags that do not meet the criteria outlined, will not be permitted entrance into the venue.

Medical Items or Equipment
Visitors with medical items or equipment can enter any main facility entrance to have bags and equipment screened before admittance.

Code of Conduct
- Alcohol is prohibited inside Legacy Stadium and Rhodes Stadium as well as the parking lot. All persons who are found at the facilities with alcohol in their possession will be handled by event security.
- Appropriate guest behavior must include respect for all others at all times.
- Guests must wear shirts and shoes at all times. Smoking is prohibited in and around the exterior of the Merrell Center in accordance with education code 38.006
- Guests may not interfere with the event, the artists, and/or athletes in any manner
- Guests shall refrain from using offensive language, fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects, and/or engaging in other behavior, deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests.
- Guests may not stand on seats or any other building structure.
- Guests may not block aisles.
- Guests shall comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena operational and emergency procedures.
- Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate or offensive behavior to any Legacy Stadium and Rhodes Stadium event staff member.
- Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in eviction from the arena without a ticket refund.
- Guests shall comply with all rules and regulations of Legacy Stadium and Rhodes Stadium at all times while on the premises.
Emergency Information
- Due to the numerous announcement requests we receive each event, Legacy Stadium and Rhodes Stadium will not be able to make public address announcements on behalf of patrons.
- Emergency Evacuation – In the event of an emergency, Legacy Stadium and Rhodes Stadium personnel have been instructed and trained to assist you in evacuating the premises.
- Please see a Legacy Stadium or Rhodes Stadium event staff member nearest you if you have an emergency and seek assistance

Smoking
- Smoking is prohibited in and around the exterior of Legacy Stadium and Rhodes Stadium in accordance with education code 38.006.
- This applies to all facilities and spaces on Katy ISD grounds. Including but not limited to: the LDR Pavilion and Rodeo Arena, all parking lots, sidwalks and walkways surrounding the Merrell Center.
- Anyone observed smoking inside the facility shall be asked to extinguish the item immediately. Any person who refuses to comply with the policy shall be subject to ejection from the facility.
Ticketing
- Guests may not occupy a seat and remain in an area from which they do not possess a valid ticket.
- Re-Entry may vary depending on the event.
- Guests are required to have their ticket on their person at all times and must provide their ticket upon request.
- The reselling of tickets at any price on the premises is prohibited.
- Guests shall comply with the rules and regulations printed on the back of his/her admission ticket at all times.
